The much sought-after ALICE Pack from the US Army. The original aluminium frame is included in the price. Please note that some of the back straps may be woodland camo, although the pack itself is olive green in colour.

And in case you were wondering, ALICE stands for All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment.

US Army ALICE Pack
I uesd the pack for the first time today and found it very easy to adjust the pack with the verious straps, to avoid overloading or straining of muscles. The flexible frame increases comfort by transferring most of the pack's weight to the large padded waistbelt, that spreads the weight over the pelvic girdle.
Pros: Very comfortable, Large outer pockets, Internal high up compartment , To place heavier weights, Robust
Cons: Straps aren't easy to adjust , Whilst carrying. , Check for fabric rips
