Ingredients: Plum Tomatoes (32%), Vegetarian Herb Sausages (30%) (Rehydrated Soya Protein, Vegetable Oil, Rehydrated Onion, Potato Starch, Egg Albumen, Wheat Gluten, Flavourings, Yeast Extract, Thickener: Methyl Cellulose; Salt, Herbs and Spices, Dextrose, Stabiliser: Calcium Phosphate), Potato (24.5%), Mushrooms (4%), Tomato Puree, Water, Modified Maize Starch, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper.

Festival Friend

I tried out this ration meal for a recent festival I visited. I took a stove along too, but felt the festival would be a good place to trial this meal along with the flame-less ration heater for other occasions. The meal tasted pretty good - better than I had expected. Good flavours, and was nice to have a vegetarian option. The meal was easy to heat, but can also be eaten cold.

Pros: Compact, Good taste, Easy to heat

Cons: Could be more substantial, Not fresh, Little pricey

Would recommend: Yes
