These hand-warmers can be charged by immersing in boiling water. Then, when ready to use, simply click the small metal disc inside and watch the liquid crystalise. It is this crystalisation process that gives off the heat. Generates heat of approx 50 deg C for up to an hour. Pack of 2.

Really like these just leave them in your pocket little squeeze and hours of warmth Good for kids and ladies in winter for there gloves Real easy to recharge fasinating to watch it return to clear Gave them to my little niece she loves them.
