A: In terms of warmth, strength, water repellency and weight, there is very little to choose between them. The differences are in the design features (collar and velcro patch on the CWU, hi-vis lining on the MA1).
Q: I have this jacket but am missing the velcro patch on the breast. Do you supply the patches seperately & if so how much?

A: The Navy Blue colour is a dark blue, but the Ink (Dark Blue) is an extremely dark blue - at first glance it can appear black, but it does have a blue tint.

A: Measurements from armpit to armpit are approximately as follows: XS=21'', S=23'', M=24'', L=25'', XL=27'', 2XL=29''. So in your case I would suggest an XL.
