Replacing the original and popular Bates Falcon, the new Bates Spyder Falcon has very specific improvements and now features an all-leather kick toe.
Made from full grain leather which is soft and flexible, the upper is easy to clean while the special kick toe is also resistant to scuffing. Thermoplastic helps to hold and maintain the shape of the toe and hold the heel to the back of the boot
The removable EVA footbed is anatomically shaped at the heel to provide comfort and shock absorption. The 3-oiece insole board gives arch support as well as flexibility.
The Spyder gripper sole means that there are multiple leading edges on the sole for slip resistance. The mini lug improves stability and traction, and the heel and toe are stitched for durability. Even the laces are flat taslon so they stay tied together longer.
