This decontamination pad is issued with the latest British GSR respirator. It is designed to be used as part of a decontamination process by first blotting the pad then banging it onto the suspect surface and finally rubbing the pad to spread the powder. This is the "Blot-Bang-Rub" method.
As with all surplus items, caution should be exercised if using items such as this in a potentially dangerous situation as some items may have gone beyond their expected life span and have reduced effectiveness. We sell items such as this as collector's pieces only.
