MTP and Multicam are pretty compatible!
When I purchased this bush hat a couple of weeks ago, I was delighted to see it arrive in no less that 48 hours (thank you very much DPD!)
The bush hat fit me well, and is perfectly compatible with genuine MTP gear (which I also purchased).
