A: This weighs approximately 1.010kg. There's no reason why you couldn't use it as a shelter although you might want to look at our basha's for this purpose.
Q: What does 60x84 inches mean? My chest has 57 inches and I'm 78 inches tall. Is the product suitable for me ? :) Do you have anything else to cover me and a backpack or just the backpack?
A: If you imagine this item laid out flat, it forms a rectangle with a hood in the middle. The dimensions stated are of that rectangle. As this is not a fitted garment it should fit you. We also sell waterproof rucksack covers and liner sets.
Q: I had a german army Poncho green like the one pictured. {Got Lost or stolen?) I would like to know is it real rubber coating. I dont like vinel or any of the plastic coated ones. There great for outdoors and camping etc/fishing.
A: There is no label on the poncho indicating the materials used, so I can only say that the outside feels rubbery to the touch, but may be synthetic materials.
