Trousers a little small
Bought the trousers and the waist is 34 but don't go bending down in a hurry. May go for the larger size as they are good for battling in etc. I have sof and epic mil equivalents and these jackets are as good.....at a distance. Close up they aren't as authentic, that's my personal opinion. However, they are lighter weight and way more comfortable in the heat I'm guessing. A good purchase as second battling kit or just starting out as once you have webbing etc no one will tell the difference

Exceptional value and quality
Ordered this and the 37 pattern trousers. They were delivered in 4 days! Fit perfectly - I'm a 42 inch chest and got XL. Sleeve length is good also. The material is authentic and the over all quality is extremely good. I'd highly recommend buying here and saving a lot of money over similar items from other suppliers.

Replica British Battle Dress
This is probably the best quality battle dress tunic I`ve ever seen at this price, I was really pleased with mine as in the past I`ve bought sets that were nothing like as good for a lot more money and been disappointed. Sizing is good, I`m a 44" Chest and mine fits very well but fit is snug on this so I`d go a size larger. I use it for Living History Talks and its perfect when badged up.

This is just great!
I bought an 2XL as I am around a 44 chest, so 46 will leave room for another thin layer. Which I won't need because its a lovely warm bd blouse.
I'm 6ft6" tall, and the arms are spot on for length, and the chest size is bang on too. I'm a bit overweight round the middle, so that's a bit snug, but I'm working on that. :)

Excellent stuff
I received mine today - with some worries I must admit. The big boys (SOf, WPg etc.) charge nearly twice as much and I'd never heard of mean and green.
I couldn't be happier. Quality of fabric and construction is excellent, with some thoughtful adjustments for the fact that the modern reenactor/enthusiast is likely to be somewhat larger than the 5 foot 7 average tommy of 39 - 45.
I particularly like the wool which comes up a pleasing lightish shade of khaki, with the same flecked/marled quality I've seen on originals.
Buttons are good, khaki drill lining excellent (two inner pockets) Body length perfect and sleeves actually the same ******* length as a human arm! Unlike some othesr I might mention.
