A: The following are the approximate armpit to armpit sizes across the chest - Small=21", Medium-22", Large=23", XL=24" and XXL=25". The padded inserts shouldn't affect the size you would normally take.
Q: Can this shirt be worn as casual wear?
A: There's no reason why not, although the padded areas would be a bit stiffer than on a normal casual shirt.
