Q: I want to know what is this. Also, do I need to use the belt too in order to lock at my hip securly and what can I hang on this pad? Can I hang normal webbings?
A: This will attach to a belt in order to provide extra cushioning on the hips when carrying a load such as a bergen. Your webbing would still be hung from a PLCE belt/yoke system as usual.
