Each product page shows the stock status for every colour/size/fit combination. Our standard delivery service aims to deliver your in-stock items within 1-3 working days but we ask you to wait up to a maximum of 14 days (UK) or 25 days (international). You are free to cancel your order at any time before despatch. Smaller items are usually sent by Royal Mail to addresses in the UK. Heavier items (e.g. boots) sent to addresses in the UK will usually be sent by DPD courier service which will require a signature on receipt. International orders may be sent via Royal Mail's airmail service or one of various courier air mail services depending on your country.
The despatch time is a guide only. Sometimes external factors mean we are unable to supply an item within the time frame indicated.
We take great care to package all of our products carefully to avoid damage in transit. We use recycled packaging materials whenever possible which helps us to be more environmental and helps to keep prices low.
