A: From the top of the collar at the rear the overall length is approx 74cm (29 inches). From the bottom of the collar at the front (where the zip ends at the top) the overall length is approx 59cm (23 inches).

A: The size 5XL MA1 jacket measures approximately 37" from armpit to armpit so suitable up to about a 70" chest.

A: The 'A' logo is on a small label about half way down on the left sleeve in line with the classic red 'flight tag' on the zip of the pocket.

A: The ones we currently have in stock are neither and the zip appears to be also green. However, there are slight variations where some are green zips but with a silver line running down the middle where the teeth meet.

Q: Please can you tell me, on this the MA1 can you comfortably get your hands in the outer pockets and leave them there whilst walking? I have a CWU/45P Alpha jacket but these pockets are too high up to use comfortably.
A: Yes, the pockets on the MA1 are lower than on the CWU. The pockets were intentionally made high on the CWU to stop airmen walking around base with their hands in their pockets!

A: Many customers say that these jackets come up a little on the small side, so if in doubt go for a larger size.

A: It does have a metal zip pull, and it has an extra leather piece attached to it.
