NEW - 1 hour delivery slots
Online shopping is great. Waiting in all day for a delivery isn't so great.
We now use DPD for our premium UK next-day delivery services. DPD now offer a 1 hour delivery window on all UK consignments*. So if you provide a mobile number when you place your order you will receive a text in the morning telling you when you can expect delivery. You'll also receive an automated email allowing you to track online. You're then free to get on with the rest of your day.
This is just one of several improvements to our service we're planning over the coming weeks - so watch this space!
*Deliveries to some outlying areas of the UK (e.g. Scottish Highlands) may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of DPD.
